An interactive and informative discussion of the four basic behavioral styles (DISC model) and their role in the communication process

Learning Objective: 

1) Determine which behavioral style an individual leads with in various communicative environments.

2) Discover how to most effectively interact with the different behavioral styles in order to create a win/win in  very communicative scenario.

3) Learn how to leverage your understanding of Behavioral Styles to win over your listener.

About the Speaker

For the past eleven years, Matt has consulted with professionals in multiple industries, helping individuals and teams to present themselves both internally and to the external marketplace with excellence and precision.
